	Our Purpose:
	Gathering students to praise and Worship
	Aiding to bring up disciples and equipping them to
	Minister to one and another
	Evangelizing our community and world; and becoming
	Stewards of the one true faith

	Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may win. And everyone who competes in the games exercises self control in all things. They then do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable. Therefore I run in such a way, as not without aim; I box in such a way, as not beating the air; but I buffet my body and make it my slave, lest possibly, after I have preached to others, I myself should be disqualified.
	"The Games" are here at La Mesa Presbyterian Church every Thursday night at 7:00 p.m. for youth group where you can partake in the wild leadership of Joshua Yates and enjoy the 4 essentials of a quality Christian walk: Prayer, Fellowship, Bible Study and worship.
	All are invited and encouraged to come.
	Also "The Games" meet on Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. for Sunday Morning Workout where lessons and activities are centered around spiritual fitness.
